Well, you could go out there and count the number of smokers around you and ask them how many of them died from smoking related illnesses but if you don’t can supply them with medical records of the deaths, I wouldn’t manage to tell you for certain.

It’s like this: The only way to really know whether or not electric cigarettes are dangerous would be to analyze the long term effects. Long term smokers aren’t really even human. They probably suffer from asthma, lung cancer, emphysema and other diseases related to smoking for some of these lives. If these vapors harm you at all, it’s only likely to cause you more problems over time.

The reason for this is simple. E-Cigs contain nicotine, a substance that makes smokers light up. If you smoke a cigarette, whatever type, the nicotine you inhale is mixed into your blood stream where it travels to all or any of one’s organs and is absorbed by them. Once you puff on an electric cigarette, you do the same thing. The vapor from the cigarettes can enter your blood stream through any or all of your airways. You may not feel anything at first, but you will gradually begin to experience the symptoms linked to smoking and nicotine.

You can also have problems with headaches and dizziness. They are just the beginning. If you’re not careful, you’ll find that you commence to have trouble breathing aswell, because of the fact that the liquids in the vapor have gotten into your lungs and contaminated your bloodstream in several ways.

Once you stop smoking, you immediately improve your overall health and wellbeing. But what happens when you take electronic cigarettes for a protracted period of time? Not much is known relating to this phenomenon, but it has been speculated that people who take them to sleep may be at risk of suffering from insomnia and depression.
